Every week I make sure that I am loaded up with a variety of fresh vegetables. During the growing season I strongly suggest you get only local produce as it is fresher. Obviously during the winter months you have no choice but to turn to your neighborhood grocery store to get your produce. In the morning I like to add plenty of vegetables to my eggs.
